A stump grinder is the most cost effective way of removing a tree stump in order to replant, fence or build. The stump grinder will break the stump into small chippings which mix with the surrounding soil to create a useful mulch. That mulch helps fill the void left by the stump removal, but can also be used as a compost material around the area. If large amounts of chippings and mulch still remain after, removal can be arranged.
